Some people may feel that snake bites and rabies are not very familiar in everyday life. However, many of the diseases targeted by serum therapy are related to global warming, and may become more familiar in the future outside of Kyushu and Okinawa. Also, about rabies, you may encounter it abroad. The World Health Organization (WHO) focuses on Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs), and snake bites and rabies are recognized as NTDs.
